Brad is a licensed Home Improvement Contractor with a passion for quality craftsmanship and a commitment to doing things the right way. Having worked alongside family for years, he's developed a broad range of hands-on experience and brings that same attention to detail to every project—whether it's a quick repair or a custom improvement. 

As a family, we've built, remodeled, and maintained several homes of our own, so we understand the pride, investment, and trust that come with every project. Even in retirement, Ron (Nikki's father) enjoys lending his decades of experience and craftsmanship whenever an extra set of knowledgeable hands is needed. From time to time, our sons join us as well, making TN Property Worx a true family business.

With over 20 years in the real estate industry, Nikki understands not only how to improve a home, but which improvements add value, enhance functionality, and make a lasting impression. Behind the scenes, she keeps projects organized by scheduling jobs, communicating with clients, coordinating operations, and—when needed—putting on her work clothes and jumping in to help.
